Refund and Returns Policy
At El Potrero & El Toro we take great pride in our authentic Mexican cuisine and strive to ensure complete satisfaction for all our patrons.
Due to the nature of our business and for the health and safety of our customers, we are unable to accept returns on food items.
However, we stand firmly by the quality of our food and service. If there are any discrepancies in your order, whether it be an error on our part or a product defect, we ask that you reach out to us immediately. Please provide details of the issue, and if possible, a photograph of the item in question, to help us understand the situation.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued in the form of a gift card and it will be accepted at any of the 5 restaurant locations. This gift card can be used towards any future purchase and allows us to rectify the issue by providing you another opportunity to enjoy our delicious offerings.
This policy operates on a case-by-case basis, and we evaluate every claim thoroughly to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
